Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026
Acceptance
By installing or using PrintHarbor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
License
IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PrintHarbor for personal or business printing on Windows devices you are authorized to manage. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or misrepresent the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Authorized printer access
You are responsible for using PrintHarbor only with printers, print servers, networks, files, and queues you are authorized to access. Installing a network printer or controlling a shared queue may require administrator approval.
Print jobs and costs
You are responsible for reviewing the selected printer, copies, color, paper, duplex, and other options before submitting a job. IAM_DEV is not responsible for paper, ink, toner, network, service, or other costs caused by printing or repeated jobs.
Device and driver compatibility
Features depend on Windows, printer drivers, hardware, network configuration, and permissions. Some printers may not report complete status information or support every print option. Discovery can be limited by firewalls or network policies.
Your files and local data
You retain responsibility for your documents and local application data. Keep independent copies of important files and follow your organization's document handling and printing policies.
Updates and availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve security, compatibility, or usability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every printer or future Windows version.
Disclaimer
PrintHarbor is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost productivity, failed or unintended print jobs, or consumable costs arising from use of PrintHarbor.
Third-party products
Printer, Windows, AirPrint, IPP, and manufacturer names may belong to their respective owners. PrintHarbor is not endorsed by or affiliated with printer manufacturers unless explicitly stated.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@iamdev.me.
