Does PrintHarbor require an account?

No. PrintHarbor does not include account registration or sign-in.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. Documents selected for printing stay on your device and are sent to the printer through the Windows printing system.

Which file types can I print?

PrintHarbor supports PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG documents.

Can I manage individual print jobs?

Yes. Jobs present in the Windows queue can be paused, resumed, or cancelled when the printer and your Windows permissions allow it.

Can PrintHarbor find network printers?

It can discover compatible IPP and AirPrint devices on the local network. Network and firewall settings may affect discovery.

Where are settings and job history stored?

They are stored in your local Windows user profile on the device where PrintHarbor is installed.

Does duplex or color printing work with every printer?

Available printing options depend on the selected printer, its driver, and its hardware capabilities.

What languages are supported?
